On Saturday morning, police say officer Jeffrey Miller arrived at the scene of a reported robbery on Olentangy River Road.

The suspect, identified as 34-year-old Joshua James Brown, was leaving the Bob Evans through the back door when Miller encountered him and fired multiple shots.
