Buc-ee's

The massive chain gas station Buc-ee's has sued Beaver's Mini Mart in Beavercreek, Ohio, for its use of a beaver in its logo, alleging the sign infringes on its trademark.

The Tuesday meeting will consider how to zone the planned annex of 110 acres at the I-71 and SR-39 interchange, which includes the proposed site for a Buc-ee's Travel Center.

Buc-ee's, Sheetz and Wawa have become destinations offering freshly-prepared sandwiches, home goods and electric vehicle charging stations.

A mega gas station and convenience store chain with a beaver for a logo could soon come to Huber Heights — the first in Ohio. It’s Texas-based Buc-ee’s, known for its brisket sandwiches, snacks and souvenirs.
