Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland is hosting playoff games after a five-year drought.

The Cavaliers make a great start to the playoffs, an OSU student makes the track team thanks to a halftime competition, and Columbus Crew SC start a new season.

Cavaliers Take Control Of Playoff Series

The Cleveland Cavaliers are up 3-0 in their first-round playoff series against the Boston Celtics. Zack Meisel of Cleveland.com joins the show to talk about the Cavs impressive performances, and potential matchups later in the postseason.

From Fastest Student To Track Team

Last spring Ohio State student Malcolm Branson competed in the Fastest Student Competition at the spring game. He beat out several football players in a preliminary race before losing out to defensive back Doran Grant in the final.

However, Branson's run in The 'Shoe sparked Ohio State's track coaches to invite him to join the team as a walk-on sprinter. Branson spoke to Thomas and Steve about becoming Ohio State's second-fastest student and now a Division I athlete.

Columbus Crew SC New Season

Columbus Crew SC are six games into the 2015 season, and are coming off a 3-0 win over Orlando City last weekend. Pat Murphy of Massive Report fills us on in the season so far, changes to the team's stadium, and whether or not he believes the team will make the playoffs.

Thomas and Steve also touch on D'Angelo Russell declaring himself eligible for the NBA Draft, Braxton Miller to Alabama rumors and Tim Tebow returning to the NFL.
