Weinland Park home where Spencer and Monique Tepe were killed has been sold

The house of Spencer and Monique Tepe on North 4th Street in Weinland Park was placed on the market the week of March 9, 2026. The Tepes were shot and killed inside the home on Dec. 30, 2025.

The house of Spencer and Monique Tepe on North 4th Street in Weinland Park was placed on the market the week of March 9, 2026. The Tepes were shot and killed inside the home on Dec. 30, 2025.

The Weinland Park home where married couple Spencer and Monique Tepe were murdered last December has been sold.

The home, located in the 1400 block of North 4th Street, was bought by HGAN I LLC in Johnstown, according to the Franklin County Auditor's website. The home sold for $695,000, after it was originally listed for $775,000.

The Tepes were found shot to death inside their home on Dec. 30, 2025. Their two young children were also inside the home at the time, but were not hurt.

Monique's ex-husband, Michael McKee, is charged with four counts of aggravated murder in the couple's deaths. He is also charged with one count of aggravated burglary.

McKee is being held at the Franklin County Jail. His trial is scheduled to begin Aug. 24.
