Weinland Park house of homicide victims Spencer and Monique Tepe is up for sale

The house of Spencer and Monique Tepe on North 4th Street in Weinland Park was placed on the market the week of March 9, 2026. The Tepes were shot and killed inside the home on Dec. 30, 2025.

The house of Spencer and Monique Tepe on North 4th Street in Weinland Park was placed on the market the week of March 9, 2026. The Tepes were shot and killed inside the home on Dec. 30, 2025.

The Weinland Park home of Spencer and Monique Tepe is up for sale.

The North 4th Street home is listed for $775,000.

The real estate agent listing the home declined to provide comment to WOSU.

The Tepes were shot multiple times inside their home on Dec. 30, 2025. The couple had two young children, ages 4 and 1, who were found unharmed inside the home.

Monique Tepe's ex-husband Michael McKee has been charged with four counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary. McKee is being held at the Franklin County Jail. His next court date is scheduled for April 16.

The Tepes and McKee all received degrees from Ohio State University. Spencer Tepe was a dentist. McKee is a surgeon.
