Jonathan Parr, 37, (left) and Jacquelyn Coleman, 32, (right) were arrested after nine children were found inside a home in Etna Township in Licking County.

Bond has been set at $150,000 for two adults facing child endangering charges.

Jonathan Parr, 37, and Jacquelyn Coleman, 32, are accused of physically abusing nine children, all under the age of 13.

According to court documents, the children were not provided food and water and were punished by being forced to stand for long hours with nails between their toes and locked behind cages or barriers.

Licking County deputies say when they arrived at the home on National Road in Etna Township, they discovered bug infestation, inadequate sleeping arrangements and bedding.

All nine children were removed from the home and placed under the care of Licking County Child Protective Services.

Parr and Coleman are scheduled to be back in court on Oct. 23.
