The race to develop a COVID-19 vaccine is underway across the globe, and according to one local executive, the heretofore elusive vaccine could be found here in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.

CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting CEO Tim Schroeder wrote an op-ed recently explaining why he thinks it's possible.

Citing the contributions from the region's largest businesses such as Procter & Gamble and Kroger, its health care providers like Cincinnati Children's and St. Elizabeth, and smaller medical research firms like Gravity Diagnostics, Schroeder wrote, "This is our time to demonstrate to everyone what we have known for a long time: that this is a great place to work and live, and that we're capable of changing the world."
