2020 marks the 17th year of the Cincinnati Fringe Festival, an annual celebration of alternative and "weird" theatrical performances produced by Know Theatre.

This year, like so many other events and activities, Fringe was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite that, the 14-day affair goes on.

This year's Fringe is entirely offered in a digital format.

To talk about how it's working and how the small professional Over-the-Rhine theatre is navigating these waters, is Producing Artistic Director Andrew Hungerford.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
