Cincinnati Edition speaks with Julie Sellers, president of the Cincinnati Federation of Teachers, about many of the new educational provisions inside Ohio's COVID-19 relief bill.

Some key components of the bill include changes to mandatory state testing for schools, limits to EdChoice and expanding distance learning opportunities to make up for missed days caused by school closures.
