Local Woman Shares Story Of Awaiting COVID-19 Test Results

Connie Smith-Monahan was suspected of possibly having COVID-19, and her work with a local school forced its closure before many local districts shut down entirely.

She ultimately tested negative, but from hospital rooms to strict isolation, Smith-Monahan waited days after going through two separate coronavirus tests.

In an interview with Cincinnati Edition, Smith-Monahan shares the frustration and uncertainty that followed her on her journey to find out whether she had the novel coronavirus.
