Darnell Taylor

A Franklin County judge found Pammy Maye, 49, not competent to stand trial for aggravated murder in the 2024 death of 5-year-old Darnell Taylor.

A Franklin County grand jury returned five indictments against Pammy Maye, including charges of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

Maye is charged with murder, kidnapping and child endangerment.
