Voter rights advocates scrutinize the Congressional district map proposed by Republican lawmakers.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Saturday signed off on a new congressional map that favors Republicans in as many as 13 of Ohio’s 15 congressional districts.

Voters approved a constitutional amendment in 2018 that reformed the redistricting process and backers of that reform say the new map is unconstitutional.
