In one year, the country’s health care system has had to deal with millions sickened by the coronavirus while still delivering routine medical care.

The pandemic forced rapid changes in how health care is administered. Doctors quickly ramped up the use of telehealth visits, and the Mayo Clinic has a pilot program to provide services at home that were previously only available at a hospital.
