Wellness Wednesday: Leafy Greens And E. Coli

Between 2006-2019, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tracked at least 46 multistate E. coli outbreaks traced back to romaine lettuce and other leafy greens.

Despite efforts from growers and in Washington to prevent contamination, studies show greens remain one of the leading causes of food poisoning.
