Wellness Wednesday: Arts Education As Presciption, Teens Sleep And More

Food allergies among children in the U.S. have risen in recent decades, and 2018 was no exception. 
 
That’s according to a new study out of Ann & Robert Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, which found nearly eight percent of all U.S. children suffer from food allergies.
