France and Russia launched a wave of attacks on Islamic State targets in Syria after recent ISIS attacks on Paris. Syrian refugees are trying to flee to America, but many state governors are trying to keep them out of the U.S. until there is stronger intelligence in Syria and more reliable background checks. President Obama says his strategy against ISIS will succeed because it cuts off their financing, diminishes their supply lines, and makes it harder for them to hold territory.
