Aaron Craft Reflects On Career As OSU Prepares For Senior Night

Aaron Craft prepares for his last regular season game against Michigan State on Sunday.

Senior point guard Aaron Craft joins WOSU Public Media’s Steve Brown and Thomas Bradley to talk about his career at Ohio State. Craft has stolen and harassed his way into the permanent memory of OSU basketball fans. The pesky senior point guard known for his great defense plays his final game in Value City Arena on Sunday. We caught up with him to talk about his four years at OSU, Taco Tuesdays and being one of the most hated college players in recent history. Craft and fellow senior Lenzelle Smith Jr. are preparing for their final regular season game as a college basketball player. Is there truth to the rumor that Craft could pull a “Greg Paulus” and play some college football this year?

Blue Jackets

Later, the Blue Jackets had an eventful deadline day, filling a need at defense and getting value for a free-agent departing forward. We quickly recap the week for the Blue Jackets.

Columbus Crew

And don’t look now, but it’s soccer season. The Columbus Crew open their 2014 season this weekend on the road against D.C. United. For a preview of the year ahead, we called Columbus Dispatch beat writer Adam Jardy (@AdamJardy) to preview the season.

Softball season

It might not feel like it because of the seemingly never-ending polar vortex, but softball season is underway at Ohio State. The Ohio State Softball team has already played games in Las Vegas and Florida, and are preparing for a trip to Kentucky. Thomas sat down with two seniors, Audrey Plant (@audplant) and Melanie Nichols (@melanator86) about the 2014 Buckeye squad.
