The attorney for Elizabeth Siders, one of the four Vinton County family members charged with child endangering, is requesting his client be granted a competency evaluation.
She is the last of the four Siders' family members to seek such an evaluation.
Elizabeth, her husband Gary Jr., and his parents, Gary Sr. and Christina, are all charged with 16 counts of child endangerment after a group of children were found living in squalid conditions in their home on June 30.
Elizabeth, Gary Jr. and Christina are all currently in the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail awaiting future court appearances.
A judge released Gary Sr. on Monday on a $300,000 recognizance bond.
