A Licking County judge will decide whether the man charged with killing two people and injuring four others at the KDC/ONE facility in New Albany in February is competent to stand trial.
Bruce Foster III had another competency hearing on Monday.
In September, Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare came back with a report saying Foster was competent to stand trial. Foster's attorney, Brandon Shroy, asked for a second evaluation during an Oct. 2 hearing.
Shroy said Dr. Delaney Smith, who he says contracts with Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare, testified Monday that Foster was competent to stand trial.
Shroy disagreed and said a forensic psychiatrist is scheduled to meet with Foster on Tuesday.
Licking County Common Pleas Court Judge David Branstool will make a decision at a later date.
