A juvenile was killed and five people were hurt in a shooting that happened early Friday morning in east Columbus.

Columbus Division of Police Sgt. Joe Albert says the shooting happened in the 800 block of Wilson Avenue just south of East Livingston Avenue.

A call about the shooting was received just after 2:40 a.m.

Police say officers arrived at the scene and found three victims.

Three additional shooting victims went to area hospitals for treatment. One person went to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Another person went to Ohio State East Hospital and was listed as stable.

Two of the victims, including the person killed, were juveniles. The other four victims were adults.

There's no word about a suspect or arrests.

It's not clear what led to the shooting.
