A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a woman on charges related to allegations that she harbored the man charged with shooting two Mifflin Township police officers.
Jayla Call, 31, was indicted on charges of obstructing justice and tampering with evidence.
Court documents say Call hid Daveonte Dixon at her Obetz apartment and deleted text messages to prevent law enforcement from reviewing them.
Dixon, 21, allegedly shot the two officers during a May 28 traffic stop. One of the officers remains hospitalized.
Dixon was arrested on May 30. He remains hospitalized with what police say was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
