Franklin County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Devonte Dixon allegedly shot the officers and then fled from the traffic stop.
Dixon has been charged with a count of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault.
The FOP and Central Ohio Crimestoppers is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Dixon.

Authorities say the shooting happened near the intersection of Perdue Avenue and Mecca Road in Mifflin Township.
The area is north of Alger Road and east of Westerville Road.
Fraternal Order of Police Capital City Lodge No. 9 President Brian Steel said both of the officers were taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center for treatment. One officer is in critical condition and the other officer is stable.
"You never know, one minute you're pulling over a car that is a simple traffic violation, the next thing someone is running and shooting at you. There is no routine in police work," Steel said.
The shooting comes two days after Morrow County sheriff's deputy Daniel Sherrer was shot and killed responding to a domestic violence call.
Steel said the police and community are sick of it.
"This has to stop. We have to get a control on crime," he said.
One suspect is in custody and police are searching for a second suspect.
During a press conference near the scene, Franklin County Sheriff Dallas Baldwin said a weapon has been found. The sheriff's department is conducting the investigation.
Two Columbus police officers were hurt in a crash as they were headed to the scene. Both of those officers were treated and released.
