A Columbus City Schools teacher has been arrested by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force.

The Ohio Attorney General's office and Columbus Division of Police announced the arrest of 60-year-old Northland High School teacher Robert Pea on Wednesday. Pea was charged with one count of compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony. Officials allege Pea contacted a minor victim through an online advertisement and engaged in sexual activity for hire.

The case is part of an ongoing human trafficking investigation.
