Porn star Stormy Daniels is set to return to Columbus next month, three weeks after her arrest at a local strip club on charges that were later dropped.

The manager of the Vanity Gentlemen's Club tells The Columbus Dispatch that Daniels, who is suing President Donald Trump, will perform at the Bethel Road venue on August 1 and 2. She previously performed there last Thursday.

The previous day, Daniels was arrested at Sirens on Cleveland Avenue for interacting too closely with patrons, who turned out to be undercover Columbus Police officers. Officers claimed she violated an Ohio law known as the “Community Defense Act,” which forbids anyone who isn't a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer.

Columbus prosecutors dropped charges the next day.

Daniels is known for claiming that she had sex with Donald Trump before he became president. Trump has denied the accusation, but admitted authorizing a $130,000 payment to Daniels intended to keep her silence.

Columbus police say they're reviewing the officers' motivations. The head of the local police union says politics weren't a factor in Daniels' arrest.

Daniels also scheduled appearances at a Dayton-area club on August 3 and 4.
