The Ohio Ethics Commission has ordered four current and former members of Columbus City Council to pay the market value for a trip they took to an Ohio State football game.
The Columbus Dispatch reports, the Council members took the trip with city lobbyist John Raphael and paid only a fraction of the cost of the trip.
Current Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther, Councilman Shannon Hardin, current municipal court judge Eileen Paley and former Columbus City Council member Michele Mills were told to pay nearly $700 for the trip, not just the $250 they each paid to go the Big Ten Championship game in 2014.
