Dale Farmer's film The Mountain Minor was not only written and director by an area filmmaker, but featured area musicians as well. Farmer's vision for the film included enlisting real musicians to play the characters instead of actors, to get the music exactly right. Niki Dakota of WYSO's Excursions spoke to one of these musicians, longtime area old-time music veteran Ma Crow, about her role in the film.
