Cincinnati’s Economic Development Reform Panel has been meeting for the past few weeks.  City Council created the nine-person group in January in response to the arrests of three City Council members on federal corruption charges.

Retired Hamilton County Judge Ann Marie Tracey is the chair of the group. She's also the former chair of the Ohio Ethics Commission. She talked with WVXU's News Director Maryanne Zeleznik.
