Hearing Held In Ray Tensing Case

Ray Tensing testifies how he fell back after the shooting of Sam DuBose. He took the stand in his own defense on the fifth day of witness testimony.

A hearing on the Ray Tensingtrial was held Monday morning. During the hearing Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Megan Shanahan denied a motion to acquit Tensing on all charges, and she recused herself from the case.
