The National Minority Supplier DevelopmentCouncil's annual conference, the largest gathering of minority-owned companies in the country, takes place next week in Chicago.
During the past two decades, more large corporations have realized the value of working with a range of diverse suppliers, which can include minority, women and veteran-owned businesses.
