With warmer weather, city workers are starting the annual effort to patch potholes, like this one along the bike lane on Central Parkway.

City workers have started the annual pothole blitz.  It's an effort to fill potholes in Cincinnati's more than 3,100 lane miles. 

For three weeks, city workers will focus on responding quickly to complaints about potholes. The Department of Public Works says last year 49,000 potholes were filled within two days of being reported. 

The city has three ways to report a pothole,

  • Calling the customer service center at 513-591-6000, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Through the city's website, www.5916000.com.
  • With the Fix It Cincy! app, available for iPhones and Android.

The app allows users to fix the location of a pothole through GPS coordinates.
