With the improving economy, companies have once again started looking to hire new employees. Many job seekers, especially younger professional workers, feel they have greater opportunity to find the job that best suits their needs. And a good work culture and a solid benefits package are often more important than salary in deciding whether or not they accept a job offer.

Companies are responding to this new workplace attitude by offering a wide range of benefits, from fully-paid health insurance and flexible work hours to free food and onsite wellness centers.

Joining us to discuss how companies are using benefit packages to attract and retain talented employees are Gilman Partners Executive Recruiter MichelePlessinger; Strategic Employee Benefits Services Partner Jennifer Homer; and Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations with POSSIBLE Cincinnati, Jamie Grady.
