Don't miss this one-hour tribute to Frank Foster who was born in Cincinnati in 1928 and was a noted jazz musician and composer.

Well-known for his work with the CountBasieorchestra, Frank Foster will be honored by his friends and jazz colleagues. Music from his long jazz career will also be featured on this special produced and hosted by Lee Hay.
