The lawsuit, filed on March 6 in the New York Supreme Court, names Les Wexner, his charity The Wexner Foundation and a corporation set up to manage a mansion in Manhattan that was owned by Wexner and sold to Epstein as defendants.

After first reporting that the video had been preserved, prosecutors now say that further investigation shows officials "inadvertently preserved video from the wrong tier" within the Manhattan prison.

Prosecutors say the two officers neglected to check on Epstein every half-hour, as they were required to, and falsified prison logs to make it appear as if they were keeping an eye on him.
