Air Traffic Control

The Federal Aviation Administration is imposing reductions to take pressure off air traffic controllers, who have been working without pay during the shutdown.

It's an idea long supported by most of the commercial airlines and the union, which say the system is inefficient under the Federal Aviation Administration.
