A Short North business owner wrote an open letter, published in Columbus Underground, to the city council.
On behalf of business owners and residents, the letter's author would like to see Columbus leaders take action to help people living on the streets.
According to the U.S. Department of Housing and Development, Columbus saw a 3% increase in the number of people experiencing homelessness in 2025.
