Over the past few months, President Donald Trump has been deploying the National Guard to multiple American cities. First, Los Angeles, then Washington, D.C. and he's been threatening to send National Guard members to Chicago and Baltimore next.

Some studies show that crime has increased, while F.B.I. reports show that crime has decreased.
