What's causing chronic absenteeism for some Ohio students?

As children head back to school, we're looking at why so many students are no-shows during the school year, from Columbus City Schools, where the absenteeism rate is over 50%, to the rest of the state, where almost a quarter of students miss 10 days or more.

Those figures actually reflect slight improvements over the last couple of years.
