Federal scientists are hunting for rare earth elements in Wyoming and the Black Hills through a mapping project.

Recently, the state of Wyoming was put in the spotlight for a mining operation that uncovered rare Earth minerals, which the USA has largely relied on China for. With this discovery, the mineral industry in Wyoming could skyrocket.

Also, the popular gossip app Tea, which allows women to share information about the men they date online, was recently hacked, putting many women at risk of having their data publicized.

And finally, Instagram has added a new map feature to its software, but users are concerned about its potential to expose private locations.
