Former President Donald Trump arrives to speak at the Moms for Liberty meeting in Philadelphia, June 30, 2023.

The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments for Donald Trump’s presidential immunity claim Thursday morning.

In what could be one of the most important Supreme Court cases of the 2020’s, former President Donald Trump is arguing that his station as president provides him criminal immunity, which would protect him from the numerous active indictments he is facing.

This case could have dramatic ramifications for both the upcoming election and for presidents far in the future.

The Supreme Court has the ability to set an important precedent with this case, but what will they decide?
