We’re going to dig into methods of propagating plants, including taking cuttings, developing roots and creating new plant babies.

This includes using greenery to liven up our decor, clean our air and relieve our stress by bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.

We’re plunging into the plant world with Hilton Carter, plant and interior stylist, artist and host of the PBS show “Living Wild.”

He’s also the author of several books.

Support 89.7 NPR News and receive special thank you gifts, including Hilton Carter's newest book The Propagation Handbook: A Guide to Propagating Houseplants.
