Examining the state of the child welfare system in Ohio

The child welfare system in Ohio has come under scrutiny following the death of 5-year–old Darnell Taylor.

Officials plan to charge the woman who was caring for the boy with murder.

The system as a whole is bulging with cases, a shortage of families and renewed questions about placement decisions.
