Parkinson’s Disease is a neurodegenerative disorder.

Notable sufferers have included boxing legend Muhammad Ali, actor Michael J. Fox and singer Neil Diamond.

There’s no cure for the disease. There’s also no known reason why some people get the disease and others don’t.

But now, researchers hope to prove the origins of Parkinson’s disease may start in the gut.
