Re-imagining downtown Columbus amid housing boom

This episode originally aired on June 1, 2023.

Data from a study done by the University of Toronto shows Columbus rebounding, better than most large and mid-sized American cities, from the pandemic.

As part of the rebound, downtown Columbus is experiencing a housing boom. Some of the new housing is coming from converting office towers to residences now that many people work from home.

We’ll look at how Columbus businesses are recovering from the pandemic and how downtown is being re-imagined.
