To reduce harmful climate impacts, tech leaders in central Ohio and across the U.S. are teaming up to find solutions.

It’s a growing concern locally as major tech companies – from Intel to Microsoft – put down roots here.

There’s a legal tug-of war going on between the Biden administration and a federal judge over the government’s communication with tech officials.

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee, imposed a preliminary injunction on July 4 that limits government communication with tech companies.

Now, the Justice Department is asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit to intervene.
