Strategies to address the mental health treatment shortage for today's youth

The shortage of treatment options nationally and locally for young people continues to fall far short of meeting the crushing need.

Two central Ohio entities are joining forces to open a 48-bed facility in Grove City.

In addition, a school district in Colorado, frustrated by a spate of suicides and dwindling treatment options, hatched a novel idea: merge school and treatment into one building with the school district taking the lead on making it happen.

We look at strategies to address the mental health treatment shortage for today's youth.
