Marijuana legalization in Ohio and around the country

A group working to get recreational cannabis legalized in Ohio has forged ahead with its plan to give the Ohio General Assembly the first swipe at the legislation.

If enough signatures qualify, state lawmakers have four months to act on the legislation before it goes to a statewide ballot in November.
