Americans have been quitting their jobs in record numbers in what is being called the Great Resignation.

This has employers scrambling to hold on to workers and offering greater incentives to attract new employees. But, is it giving American workers more leverage over their employers?

We’ll look at how the Great Resignation is changing the world of work and the consequences it is having on the American economy.
