The Staying Power And Future Of The Affordable Care Act

The open enrollment period on all Affordable Care Act marketplaces, including on the federal insurance exchange, HealthCare.gov, runs until Jan. 15.

Earlier this year the U.S. Supreme Court decided to leave the Affordable Care Act intact.

The health care program is experiencing record enrollment this year. It’s also being reported, Americans are rushing to Affordable Care Act exchanges to sign up for coverage in 2022.
