Columbus Pizza History

Thin crust square cut pizza — Columbus-style pizza features a thin crust covered in toppings from edge-to-edge and is also cut in squares.

Columbus was crowned the pizza capital of the USA in the 1990’s. Quite an honor when cities like New York and Chicago are better known for the food favorite.
