A solid majority of the U.S. Supreme Court last week upheld the Affordable Care Act for the third time since it was enacted in 2010.

President Joe Biden tweeted after the decision “With millions of people relying on the Affordable Care Act for coverage, it remains, as ever, a BFD. And it’s here to stay.”
